SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 9 – David Kresge sued
Nathan Greenberg seeking a
declaratory judgment to end
"false and repeated threats
made by the defendant."
On
May 9, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John G. Koeltl held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defendant wants the case moved
to Connecticut, noting that
the plaintiff first filed a
case in Federal Court there.
Plaintiff's
counsel, put on the spot, says
he needs to speak with his
client.
The case is
Kresge et al v. Greenberg,
22-cv-1268 (Koeltl)
