SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 14 – Mt. Hawley Insurance
Company sued Shree Aum, LLC in
New York - but also,
apparently, in Oklahoma.
The
case involves insured the a
hotel in Tulsa named
alternately Knights Inn or
Night's Stay Hotel.
On May 13, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John G. Koeltl
held a conference. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Koeltl said the case could be
dismissed without prejudice,
in favor of the Oklahoma
action.
He offered the
parties the opportunity to be
heard on what should be in
such an order; they are to
submit a joint stipulation by
May 20.
The case is Mt.
Hawley Insurance Company v.
Shree Aum, LLC et al.,
20-cv-9902 (Koeltl)
