SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 20 – Members of Pure
Armenian Blood are charged
with racketeering, identity
theft and access device
fraud.
On January
21, 2022 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Victor Marrero
held a status conference.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The complaint
describes a luxury auto body
shop in New Jersey, and Ghost
Auto & Towing, Inc.
A lawyer
initially appointed to
represent has since bowed out
to another who has entered a
notice of appearance.
On May 20 Judge
Marrero held another
conference, and Inner City
Press again covered it. Judge
Marrero told counsel that
motions to sever are rarely
granted, and denied a motion
about the grand jury wheel. As
to other motions, he asked for
a letter by September 16, with
an eye toward a trial in the
Spring of 2023.
The case is US v.
Marutyan, 20-cr-652 (Marrero)
