Sept 21 – Mexico
Infrastructure Finance LLC
sued Bank of New York Mellon
for given $14 million in its
funds to its borrower
Par-La-Ville Hotel and
Residences, where the funds
were used for an Aston Martin
and two properties in the
English
countryside.
On September 21,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Vernon S. Broderick held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Things have been
whittled down to breach of
contract claims, with a
settlement conference to come
before Magistrate Judge Kevin
N. Fox.
The case is
