SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 18 – The Barton law
firm sued Maho Partners, LLC
for failure to pay amounts
owns under a written
Settlement
Agreement.
On August 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Kevin N. Fox
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Maho
Partners does not have a
lawyer. Judge Fox said he
would give time to find one,
as the Second Circuit favors
determining cases on the
merits.
The case is
Barton LLP v. Maho Partners,
LLC, 21-cv-3108 (Daniels /
Fox)
