SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 24 – The Finders
invested in Adella Restaurant
on West 43rd Street in
Manhattan. Now they have sued,
and the restaurant says it
cannot get or find key
documents.
On
September 24 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it. The
complaint cited an article in
Eater, and a bar called "The
Derby" in
Poughkeepsie.
Judge
Lehrburger ordered the
defendants to produce all
responsive bank records or
provide a letter explaining
what statements could not be
obtained, why they could not
be obtained, and what needs to
be done to obtain them.
The case is
Finders et al v. BK 19 Inc. et
al, 19-cv-11802 (Carter /
Lehrburger)
