Armenian Blood are charged
with racketeering, identity
theft and access device
fraud.
On January
21, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Victor Marrero held
a status conference. Inner

it.
The complaint
describes a luxury auto body
shop in New Jersey, and Ghost
Auto & Towing, Inc.
A lawyer
initially appointed to
represent has since bowed out
to another who has entered a
notice of
appearance. The
next conference is set for
July 19.
The case is US v.
Marutyan, 20-cr-652 (Marrero)
