Nov 5 – Benito Dornates was a
deliveryman for Lenwich, but
he was not paid
overtime.
On November 5
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge J. Paul Oetken held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

The Lenwich
defendants have produced time
and employment records; now
fact discovery is to end by
March 5.
