more of fentanyl.
On April

Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang,
in order to plead
guilty. Inner City Press

Mendoza has
been arrested in Arizona, then
moved to the Nevada Southern
ICE Detention Facility in
Pahrump, Nevada.
He was put on a
plane bound for either the
Federal Transfer Center in
Oklahoma City or the Grady
County Jail in Chickasha,
Oklahoma, as an overflow
facility. But it was closed
for COVID, so he are returned
to Pahrump, Nevada.
While he
will be sentenced by District

consented to plead guilty
before a Magistrate Judge. The
control date for sentencing is
July 13.
The case is US v.
