Photographer Elliot McGucken
sued Shutterstock for
allegedly infringing his
copyrights.
On July 13, 2022
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Woods
inquired then granted
McGucken's request for an
extension of discovery, and
ordered that defendant's
supplemental production be
substantially completed by
July 21.
