SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 18 – Altagracia Ramirez
was injured when she fell on
the sidewalk in front of 1175
Gerard Avenue in the Bronx.
She sued Plover HDFC and then
Con Edison became involved,
through its pipes.
On July 14,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Ace
American Insurance Company
wants to file a motion for
summary judgment. Judge Woods
permitted it, by September 2 -
cross motions, he said. Then
responses and replies.
The case is
Consolidated Edison Company of
New York, Inc. v. Ace American
Insurance Company, 21-cv-9216
(Woods)
