July 21 – The American Academy
McAllister Institute of
Funeral Service has been sued
for employment discrimination.
On July
20, 2022 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Gregory H.
Woods held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Tracy
Lentz says she was sexually
harassed by two board members.
Then she was fired.
On July 20, Judge
Woods ruled that motions for
summary judgment, after
discovery, are due March 24,
2023.
