SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 2 – Jacoby Donner, P.C.
sued Aristone Realty Capital,
LLC trying to stop a sale of
real estate in order to
collect a legal fee.
On
June 1, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John G. Koeltl
held a conference. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
plaintiff sued the principals
Todd Lippiatt and Patrick
McGrath in 2017 in
Pennsylvania and won a
judgment. But it was not paid.
A Stowe property was
identified - and its impending
sale.
Judge
Koeltl denied the request for
a TRO and asked for a response
to the motion of a preliminary
injunction by June 8, reply
June 10 and another conference
on June 15 at 2 pm.
The case is
