SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 21 – Yuribell Glass and
Estrella Nunez sued NYPD for
unjustified arrest near 59th
Street during a protest of the
killing of George
Floyd.
On July 20, 2022 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
They say
they were kettled into a
police van.
On July 20,
Judge Woods denied the
plaintiffs' requests regarding
NYPD's response to
interrogatories.
He gave the
plaintiffs until July 31 to
amend their complaint.
The case is Glass
et al v. The City of New York
Police Department et al.,
21-cv-10084 (Woods)
