SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 2 – Hector
J. Lazala sued Mega Food Store
Inc. and Bernardo Batista for
failure to pay overtime and
minimum wage. Batista says he
was not served the
papers.
On March 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

The
plaintiff's counsel said his
process server had video of
the service. The defense said
they would check again.
The case is
