SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 6 – Felix Rosario was
sentence to three years in
prison in 2017 for bank fraud
and aggravated identity theft,
to be followed by five years
of supervised
release.
On
June 6, 2022 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
violation of supervised
release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The AUSA
emphasized a positive drug
test in May, and asked that it
be put over to August noting
that if there is another
positive drug test, Probation
will likely recommend remand
to custody.
The defense said
they understood, but that
working was one reason that
program appointment were
missed.
Judge Koeltl
sighed and set a next
conference date for August 10
at 11 a.m., emphasizing the
importance of negative drug
tests.
The case is US v.
Rosario, 17-cr-402
(Koeltl)
