SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 3 – Niquan Wallace sued
Crab House Inc. for racial
discrimination and hostile
work
environment.
On March 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
While the
plaintiff's counsel complained
about defendants' failure to
respond to discovery requests.
The
defendant, which has filed a
motion to dismiss, said the
case is related to one in EDNY
and may have been filed only
to gain leverage. Judge Liman
said he would not extend
discovery and that it's time
for a trial date.

al., 21-cv-5757 (Liman)
