SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 6 –
Shael Cruz sued Ingrid &
Ingrid LCC, with a website
with pregnancy wear like a
postpartum belly band, for
having an inaccessible
website.
On March 4, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Liman was told, as he has
before, that it is a
convention website ADA case,
aiming for class action
status. Judge Liman set a
class certification deadline
of May 16.
The case is Cruz
v. Ingrid & Isabel, LLC,
