July 7 – Leslie Lazaar sued
insurer The Anthem Companies,
Inc. for not paying overtime.
On July 7,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John G. Koeltl held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Koeltl gave
the plaintiff until July 15 to
file an amended complaint,
with defendant's time to
answer or move set at August
5.
If there is an
answer, then a Rule 26(f)
report is due by August 26.
