SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 31 – Alisia Blakely
sued MTA Metro-North Railroad
for injuries sustained while
operating truck 242 by track
100 in (or under) Grand
Central Station.
On August 29,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H.
Woods held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Metro-North
had moved for summary
judgment.
Flaws and
danger with the truck had
previously been raised to
them. Judge Woods denied
Metro-North's summary judgment
motion.
The case is

Railroad, 21-cv-5979
