SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 3 – Brian Totin, a
photographer, sued Crosstown
Apartments NYC for using his
photos without consent.
On May 3, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Stewart D. Aaron held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Totin's complaint
also make allegations of
unlicensed real estate
business.
Judge Aaron noted
that he could hold a
settlement conference later in
the process.
For now,
discovery is due October 3 and
it is to be trial ready by
November 30.

Aaron)
