May 19 – Barbara Venning
slipped and fell in a Victoria
Secret store at 165 East 86th
Street on December 13, 2020.
She sued.
On May 19,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered
it.
Judge Aaron
ruled that deposition are due
by December 15, for a three to
four day trial tentatively set
for February 2022.
