SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 27 – Christopher
Reynolds was indicted in 2011
as part of a Gambino organized
crime case.
On May 27 he
appeared before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Richard M. Berman, with
Probation saying he tested
positive for ketamine.
Judge
Berman was patient, and said
this was not about punishment.
When Reynolds lawyer Guy
Oksenhendler, whom Inner City
Press has covered before,
tried to tell his client to
not pass the blame to others,
Judge Berman said, Let him
speak.
It emerged
that Reynolds to his credit
has attended A.A. meetings by
Zoom, and intends to continue.
Judge Berman as is his way set
another conference, this one
for July.
It is not
about punishment. The case is
US v. Reynolds, 11-cr-12
(Berman).
