SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 29 – Bank of America
sued City View Blinds of 315
West 39th Street for
defaulting on a $5 million
loan.
On March
29, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Sarah L.
Cave held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
The
parties agreed to a bench
trial before a Magistrate
Judge; each side will get only
one deposition.
The trial will be
by phone on June 21.
The case is Bank
