SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 25 – Ms. Jerlaine Little
is a defendant in a
multi-defendant gun case. She
made a bid for release from
the MCC in May 2020 which was
denied.
On February
25 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge George B. Daniels held a
change of counsel proceeding.

asked Ms. Little, do you
really want to change
lawyers?
Yes, she
said. A new lawyer, also
CJA, was named.
