SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 6 – The patent to
technology helping drivers to
find an empty space in a large
parking lot is being
contested, triggering a
request for information from
Singapore.
On July 6,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Chief Magistrate Judge Gabriel
W. Gorenstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Gorenstein has signed a
request for "international
judicial assistance to obtain
evidence," from the Supreme
Court of Singapore, pledging
to "reciprocate with similar
assistance in like cases."
The case is
Parking Technology Holdings
LLC v. Park Assist, LLC,
20-cv-3156 (Gardephe /
