SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 5 – Hudson Furniture sued
Alan Mizrahi Lighting and
others for trademark
violations.
On October 5 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Hudson's
complaint has photos of pretty
straight-forward
knockoffs.
Judge Lehrburger
ordered that expert discovery
is or would be sue by
September 30, 2021. He
referred the case to the
SDNY-annexed Mediation
Program.
The case is
Hudson Furniture, Inc. et al
v. Mizrahi et al., 20-cv-4891
(Crotty / Lehrburger)
