SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 23 – Siemens Medical
Solutions sued Anthony Medigo
on November 17 for allegedly
violation his confidentiality
agreement with respect to a
catheter product when he went
to work for
NuVera.
On November 23
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge J. Paul Oetken held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties
announced that they are
settling the matter, but
wanted to make sure that
material already filed in the
docket is now sealed.
Judge
Oetken to his credit told them
it's not done this way, to
file a motion.
The
information has already been
seen.
The case is
Siemens Medical Solutions USA,
Inc. v. Medigo, 20-cv-9634
(Oetken)
