SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 27 – Daniel Luna was
working at Lincoln Hospital in
The Bronx when his supervisor
Angela Newman began to
sexually harass him, he says.
He sued.
On January
27 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The City's
lawyers have replied with
heavily redacted emails. Luna
is seeking discovery, and
specifically praised a
paralegal at the SDNY Pro-Se
Unit.
Judge Parker
suggested NYLAG as well, and
said discovery is to be
completed by May 28, 2021.
The case is Luna
v. City of New York et al.,
20-cv-2692 (Caproni / Parker)
