SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 11 – Wilfredo Laboy was
called "Gutter" in his 2016
indictment for narcotics
trafficking in the Diego
Beekman Houses in the South
Bronx.
U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Analisa Torres, who has spoken
movingly about the nearly
Millbrook Houses, sentenced
him to time served and three
years of supervised release,
about to expire.
On
June 11 Laboy reappeared
before Judge Torres on alleged
violations of supervised
release. Inner City Press
covered it.
Given the
specifications, Laboy's lawyer
floated the idea of him going
into rehab. Initially a next
conference was suggested for
September. But that would be
after the expiration of
supervised release.
So Judge Torres
ordered Laboy to appear at US
Probation in 500 Pearl Street
on June 12, and set the next
conference for August 19.
The case US v.
Laboy, 16-cr-318 (Torres).
