SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 15 – Benjamin Maldonado
was sentenced to five years in
prison in 2014. Now out, he is
charged with violations of
supervised release.
On April
15, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Kimba M. Wood held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Wood
summarized the charges or
specifications, which are not
in the docket, as failure to
report, and crack.
Maldonado pled
guilty to Specifications 5 and
6, with the US Attorney's
Office moving to dismissed
specifications 1-4. The
sentencing is scheduled for
July 7.
The case is US v.
Maldonado, 14-cr-124
(Wood)
