Sept 11 – Nilda Torres sued
Burlington Stores, Inc. for
injury sustained when she
tripped and fell in their
store at 2500 Central Park
Avenue in Yonkers.
On
September 6, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
It emerged
in the conference that Torres'
son was present during the
fall. So, another deposition.
Depositions are
due by December 30, with a
status conference set for
April 17, 2023.
