SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 6 – CIBC Private Wealth
Advisors sued Erin Dickes and
Evy Stein-Keller for taking
clients with them to Morgan
Stanley.
On August
1, 2022 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John G.
Koeltl held a proceeding.

Judge
Koeltl said the defendants can
file a motion to dismiss by
August 2 (it was filed, for
lack of jurisdiction) and
respond to the TRO by August
4. There is a conference set
for August 11 at 5 pm.
