SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 20 – Kookmin Bank Co.,
Ltd sued Ben Ashkenazy over
$560 million in ground leases
of Washington Union
Station.
On September 8,
2022, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
Complaint says the original
loans were by Citi Real Estate
Funding and Natixis Real
Estate Capital LLC.
Judge Woods
inquired, then ruled that
discovery in the case is
stayed pending the briefing
and resolution of Defendant's
anticipated motion to dismiss.
The case is
Kookmin Bank Co., Ltd v.
Ashkenazy, 22-cv-5802 (Woods)
