12, 2022 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John G. Koeltl
held a proceeding. Inner

At issue is
$125,000. Judge Koeltl
directed the parties to submit
their proposed findings of
fact and conclusions of law;
each sides will have a week to
oppose the other's
submissions.
