SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 1 – De-King Han sued the
USA and US Marshals under the
Federal Torts Claims Act,
after being hit by their
vehicle at the corner of East
Broadway and Pike Street in
Lower Manhattan on October 16,
2020.
On
September 23, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Woods
said all expert discovery must
end by March 23, 2023, with
summary judgment motions due
by April 24, and a status
conference on April 6.
The case is Han
v. United States of America,
