SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 26 –
Bard Access Systems was sued
by 3DT Holdings LLC over a
venous catheter payment
dispute and a bench trial is
coming up.
On March
25, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Lewis J. Liman held
a pre-trial conference. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge
Liman told the parties that
direct testimony will be in
writing, and only the cross
examination live in court.
Counsel asked if it might be
permitted to do the direct
examination live to, if only
for an audience of one.
The case is 3DT
Holdings LLC v. Bard Access
Systems Inc., 17-cv-5463
(Liman)
