SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 1 – Gartner has filed
lawsuit for COVID related
cancellations in its
conference and events
business.
On
September 30, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl ordered that two of the
cases be consolidated "for
purposes of pre-trial
proceedings up to the filing
of any dispositive motions."
The consolidated schedule is
due by October 14.

Inc., 22-cv-7000 (Koeltl)
