SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 7 – Nexstar sued Comcast
over re-transmission consent
agreements, and WPIX in New
York, including after it was
sold to Mission
Broadcasting.
On October 6,
2022, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John G. Koeltl held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
There were
numerous discovery disputes.
Judge Koeltl listened then
ruled that some of the
requests, for example for "all
documents and communications,"
were overbroad.
He ordered
that a joint letter be filed
by October 20.
The case is
Nexstar Media Inc. v. Comcast
Cable Communications, LLC,
21-cv-6860 (Koeltl)
