SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 20 – Derrick Polite has
sued Bronx non-profit VIP
Community Services, for
unequal pay and
retaliation.
On July 20,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stuart D.
Aaron held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge
Aaron urged Polite to go to
NYLAG.
His
complaint cites the Ryan White
program or contract, and age
discrimination.
The case is
Polite v. VIP Community
Services, 20-cv-7631 (Daniels
/ Aaron)
