SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 16 – Randy Ortzman in
2011 lived in the Dominican
Republic and worked for a
hard-sell boiler room with
Peter Gruman a/k/a Oliver
Storm.
On June 16
Ortzman from Florida had a
supervision meeting with U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Richard M. Berman. Inner
City Press covered it.
Ortzman
described setting up, in
Florida, concerts for cancer
non profits that are not,
themselves, non profits.
The organizers
make money. Reference was made
to a person, "no longer A
list," who serves as an
Ambassador: Paul Anthony,
described as with a band named
Full Force "in the 1980s or
90s."
Judge
Berman said it all sounded
good.
The case is US v.
Ortzman, 11-cr-417 (Berman).
