SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 19 – Enrique Rosado was
arrested for one kilo of
heroin and $15,000 case on
127th Street in Harlem.
On June 19
there was a proceeding before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Valerie E. Caproni.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge
Caproni inquired into the
scope and volume of discovery
- surveillance and a yet to be
cracked smart phone - and set
a next conference for
September.
Rosado
wanted his conditions of
release modified to allow
travel to Puerto Rico. It was
granted.
The case is US v.
Rosado, 20-cr-295
(Caproni).
