SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 19 – Guillermo Araujo had
been said ready to plead
guilty to violations of
supervised release on November
19. But then he
didn't.
On November 19,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Andrew L. Carter held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Araujo's
lawyer acknowledged, there had
been a charge of plan and now
a hearing would be needed.
Judge Carter said
that due to COVID, possibly
nothing could be done until
January, particularly
live.
Counsel said he
is currently self-quarantining
in a hotel, after he said
being attacked on the subject
by a homeless person who took
off his mask; he has a trial
before Judge Crotty on January
19.
