Global Interactive Media, Inc.
has sued On TV Tonight Pty of
Australia for using its
technology to track, well,
what is on TV tonight.
On
January 4 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John P. Cronan
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it
Judge Cronan asked what kind
of discovery would be needed.
He also asked that pro hac
vice filing be made (the
lawyer said they have been).
The case
management plan has discovery
running into 2022.
