SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 26 – Landlord Thor
Equities has sued, for its
Covid-19 losses, Factory
Mutual Insurance
Company.
On July 26, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Chief
Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
Gorenstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The insurance company
complained about the
completeness, or not, of
Thor's discovery responses.
Didn't it offer negotiated
concessions to tenants?
For now,
the deadlines for submitting
pre-motion letters for motions
for summary judgment has been
stayed.
The case is Thor
Equities, LLC v. Factory
Mutual Insurance Company,
20-cv-3380 (Torres /
Gorenstein)
