SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 29 – Yovanny Dominguez
sued Indoor Extreme Sports,
Inc. for maintaining a website
inaccessible to the visually
impaired. On May 29 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Alison J. Nathan held a
hearing. Inner City Press
covered it.
Indoor Extreme Sports' lawyer,
who appears for another
defendant just the previously
day, said that these case are
simple. He said that a
magistrate judge would quickly
see, yes or no, if the website
was inaccessible.
Judge
Nathan issued an order
referring the case to
Magistrate Judge Debra C.
Freeman.
The case is
Dominguez v. Indoor Extreme
Sports Inc., 19-cv-11933
(Nathan).
