Nov 5 – In a 12-defendant guns
and narcotics conspiracy case,
on November 5 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Laura Taylor Swain held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

One of the
defendants, Miguel Belardo,
was sentenced to 96 months, on
September 30, by phone.
On November
5 remaining defendants, having
their rights to discovery
under Rule 5(f) emphasized,
had a next conference set, for
January 12 at 3:30 pm.
