SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 4 – Edward Banks sued
McGynn, Hays & Co. for
discrimination. His complaint
said he was called the N-word,
who drove an N-car and a PoS.
On November
4 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Banks says
co-defendant Donniacuo called
R&B "Old School Black,"
and also "Steve
Harvey."
Judge Lehrburger
turned down a request for a
forensic examination of cell
phones. But the case is going
forward.
It is Banks v.
McGynn, Hays & Co., Inc.
et al., 19-cv-05727 (Oetken /
Lehrburger)
