others sued
Vertiv
Holdings Co in
a securities
class action.
On November
22, 2022, U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York Judge
Gregory H.
Woods held a
proceeding.
Inner City

Plaintiffs'
counsel said
the allegation
are not about
projection but
things that
Vertiv
affirmatively
said it was
already doing.
The defense
pointed to
claims that
were about
forward
looking
statements.
Judge
Woods set the
time for the
defendants to
move to
dismiss at

2023, with
opposition due
sixty days
after service.
He asked the
