SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 26 – Julius Csurgo was
sued by the SEC for pumping
and dumping penny stocks. Then
he was put in
jail.
On April 26, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding in the SEC's civil
case. Inner City Press covered
it.
The lawyer
who called in for Csuris is
not admitted in the SDNY, and
had not filed a notice of
appearance or pro hac vice
request.
Judge Liman
said he would permit him to
speak for now. The TRO was
extended to May 13.
The case is
Securities and Exchange
Commission v. Dean Shah, et
al., 22-cv-3012 (Liman)
